Welcome to Rachelle, our physiotherapist who is with us on Mondays from 2-7 and other times by appointment.  Clients are rebooking with her regularly and obtaining relief and significant improvement in long term conditions.She also does a great sports massage. If you would like a free consultation or taster sports massage, please contact Sue.

Wecome to Emily who does a great deep tissue massage- perfect for those stressed professionals who tend to hold tension in their back, neck and shoulders. She's with us on Thursdays from 2-8 and other times by appointment.  

And welcome to Scott Richardson who now trains at Knowle Grange. After many months of having suffered back pain, one client is now pain free after just one session. So liberating.

We have a fantastic new pilates teacher, Gaby Valenti, who is teaching The Energetic Pilates System and The New York City Ballet Workout at Knowle Grange.
