As you enter the haven of Knowle Grange Health Spa, you can feel the tension ebb away. In a truly tranquil environment you can enjoy your day exactly as you please. If you’re feeling energetic, you can use the gym. If relaxation is what you’re after, then why not take a swim in our natural heated spring water pool. During the summer it’s set in the most stunning Victorian walled gardens. As you walk up to the pool, enjoy the view and the natural aromatherapy drifting from the flowerbeds. You’ll find that the pool is kept at approximately 29 degrees C (84 degrees F).

In the winter, we have a dome over the pool, enabling you to swim all year round. Afterwards you can let your troubles float away, as you relax in the bubbles in our candlelit spa bath, followed maybe by a sauna.

As your day unfolds you might take a walk in our stunning Victorian walled garden, read that book you haven’t got around to yet, or share some quality, uninterrupted time with friends or enjoy some peaceful time to yourself.

We’ll serve you a light lunch of your choice- normally a delicious salad followed by something fruity or chocolatey, depending on whether you feel virtuous or decadent, accompanied by a glass of wine, a pimms or some fruit juice.

 (Other drinks can be purchased during the day.) 

Then it’s time for some pampering! Whether you’d like to select from any of the suggestions below, or have a tailor-made day, we’ll be happy to arrange it and advise you.

Naturally we offer gift vouchers for any amount or occasion, and can take payment via cash cheque or card, whichever you prefer.

The cost of your day is £40 per person plus the cost of your treatments, or you can choose from the following options.
