Yes, we have specific prenatal treatments available and many of our therapists are trained in pregnancy massage. Please inform us of your pregnancy when booking so we can recommend suitable treatments. We generally recommend waiting until after the first trimester.

Our gift vouchers can be purchased for specific spa days, treatments, or monetary values. They're valid for 12 months from purchase and can be redeemed against any treatment or spa experience.

What if I have a medical condition?

Please let us know about any medical conditions when booking. Your therapist will complete a consultation before your treatment to ensure it's safe and appropriate for you. Some conditions may require GP approval.

You can choose between instant e-voucher delivery (emailed as a printable PDF) or postal delivery in a beautiful gift box (allow 3-5 working days). Both include a personalised message.

Absolutely! Many of our treatments are designed for everyone, and we have a range specifically tailored for men including deep tissue massage and express facials. Men make up around 30% of our guests.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and spa days. Popular treatments and dates fill up quickly, particularly during holiday periods. For last-minute availability, give us a call.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We understand plans can change. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less notice may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. Spa day cancellations require 7 days notice for a full refund.

What time should I arrive?

For spa days, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your first treatment to check in, change, and begin relaxing. For individual treatments, arriving 15 minutes early allows time to settle in.

What should I bring to the spa?

We provide everything you need including robes, slippers, towels, and toiletries. Just bring swimwear if you plan to use the thermal facilities, and any personal items you may need. We recommend leaving valuables at home, though lockers are provided.

For your time between treatments, you'll be in a comfortable robe and slippers which we provide. For treatments, your therapist will advise what to remove based on the treatment. Swimwear is required for the thermal suite.

We kindly ask that phones are kept on silent and only used in the changing areas. Our spa is a place of peace and tranquillity, and we want all guests to enjoy a calm, undisturbed experience.

Yes, we have free parking on site for all spa guests. There are also accessible parking spaces near the entrance.

Should I avoid anything before my treatment?

We recommend avoiding heavy meals and alcohol before treatments. For facials, please arrive without makeup. For body treatments, avoid shaving the treatment area on the day. Sun exposure and self-tanning should be avoided before certain treatments.
