Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Knowle Grange Health Spa. These terms and conditions govern your use of our spa facilities, treatments, and services. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings and Reservations

2.1 Making a Booking

All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Bookings can be made by telephone on 01892 750055 or through our online booking system.

2.2 Deposits

A deposit may be required at the time of booking for spa days and certain treatments. This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative date subject to availability.

2.3 Payment

Full payment is required on the day of your visit unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and gift cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Guests

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 100% of the treatment value. No-shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment value. If you wish you to change your appointment time, this will not be possible with less than 24 hours notice.

3.2 Cancellation by Knowle Grange

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or full refund.

4. Arrival and Spa Etiquette

4.1 Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows time to complete any necessary consultation forms and change into your robe and slippers. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.

4.2 Age Requirements

Guests must be 16 years or older to use the spa facilities and receive treatments. Some treatments may have higher age restrictions.

4.3 Mobile Phones

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we ask that mobile phones are switched to silent mode and not used in treatment areas or relaxation spaces.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy at the time of booking and before your treatment. Certain treatments may not be suitable for guests with specific conditions.

5.2 Contraindications

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if we believe they may be harmful to your health. This is for your safety and wellbeing.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. Personal Belongings

While we provide secure locker facilities, Knowle Grange Health Spa cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home.

8. Liability

Knowle Grange Health Spa accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property except where caused by our negligence. Our liability in such cases shall be limited to the value of the services booked.

9. Photography

Photography is not permitted within the spa facilities without prior consent from management and other guests present.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
